AKTU ERP Login Guide
How to Login to AKTU ERP
- Visit: erp.aktu.ac.in
- Enter Username (usually your roll number)
- Enter Password (provided by college or default)
- Select User Type: Student
- Enter Captcha code
- Click Login button
Default Login Credentials
Username: Your Roll Number or Enrollment Number
Password: Usually DOB in DDMMYYYY format (e.g., 15012005) or provided by college
Common Login Problems & Solutions
Problem 1: Forgot Password
Solution:
- Click on "Forgot Password" link
- Enter roll number and registered email
- Reset link will be sent to email
- Or contact college examination cell
Problem 2: Invalid Username or Password
Solution:
- Verify you're entering correct roll number
- Try DOB as password (DDMMYYYY format)
- Check CAPS LOCK is off
- Clear browser cache and try again
Problem 3: Server Not Responding
Solution:
- Try after some time (peak hours issue)
- Use different browser (Chrome recommended)
- Clear cookies and cache
- Check internet connection
