In AKTU, you need to score at least 30% marks in the external end-semester theory exam (30 out of 100 marks, or 21 out of 70 marks) and an overall combined score of 40% (internal sessional marks + external theory exam marks combined) to pass a subject.

AKTU allows up to 10 grace marks per academic year (maximum 5 marks in one semester) to students who are failing in up to 3 subjects, provided they have cleared all other subjects in that year and maintained a minimum annual SGPA of 5.0.

To convert SGPA or CGPA to percentage in AKTU, use the official formula: Percentage = (CGPA - 0.75) * 10. For example, if your CGPA is 8.0, your percentage is (8.0 - 0.75) * 10 = 72.5%. You can use our online converter on the homepage.

You can apply online through your AKTU ERP dashboard within 15-30 days after results are announced. The process consists of Stage 1 (paying Rs. 300 to view your digital answer sheet) and Stage 2 (paying Rs. 2500 for a complete recheck by a different evaluator if you find discrepancy).

AKTU promotional criteria requires students to clear a minimum credit limit annually. Generally, B.Tech students must clear at least 50% of the total credits offered in the academic year to get promoted to the next year. If you fail to earn these credits, you will get a Year Back (YPT).

You can request original degrees, duplicate marksheets, migration certificates, or transcripts through the AKTU Student Service portal on the ERP. After paying the required online fee, the university dispatches the hard copy directly to your college or home address.

AKTU One View is a direct results dashboard (oneview.aktu.ac.in) where any student can check their complete academic record, subject-wise marks, and semester-wise results by just entering their Roll Number. No login password is required.

Backlog or carry-over (COP) exam results are typically declared by AKTU 45 to 60 days after the end of the examinations. Once processed, the grades are updated directly inside your AKTU One View portal marksheet list.
